Incredible views, milder weather, surrounded by Farms and Lake Champlain, Grand Isle is truly "The Beauty Spot of Vermont". These resources all make a difference in creating a delicious and simple pasta.
We work with local Grand Isle County Farmers for most of our ingredients whenever possible. We do not add preservatives, food coloring, eggs or salt in our pasta. We believe less ingredients is better pasta.
Our pasta is made small batches using a bronze plate to create a rough textured pasta with an "Old World Feel". Our traditional multi step drying process allows the pasta to keep it's nutritional value and full flavor.
Ingredients: Fresh Beets, Semolina and Durum flour.
