Bonnie, what amazing individualized customer care you gave me last week.  I called you in a panic, unable to find a 13”x5” artisan cherry salad bowl for my daughter’s upcoming birthday.    Two vendors previously had misrepresented their bowls to me and I had shipped them back to them.  You measured all your bowls, and when you couldn’t find one deep enough for me, you volunteered to go to the factory and measure bowls until you found one I would love – and that’s what you did.  Last night was my daughter’s birthday, and she made her first Caesar salad in her gorgous Best of Vermont artisan cherry bowl, which I’m sure she’ll enjoy all through her life and leave, well-seasoned, to her grandchildren.  You gave service far beyond what I even would have hoped.  Thank you so much!
