Carrots are a crisp and crunchy addition to a pasta, potato, or bean salad.  The Hot ones are great too!  This is a great way to get kids to eat their veggies. Dills and Hot Dills are my cukes, and are great with burgers and in marinades.Maple Sweets are my ultimate twist on sweet pickles.
