Now while anything caffeinated is a huge winner around this store (we often say "a well caffeinated staffer is the best staffer" or "drink more coffee-you can sleep when you're dead") this grilling sauce really does erupt with flavor. Ketchup, a little espresso, dark brown sugar, jalapeno peppers, molasses, garlic, red wine vinegar.WOW! It's a combination that suits most meats perfectly. I use this sauce any time I want to throw caution to the wind-nice heat, complex flavor and espresso.
