Made with imported balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic and molasses it’s as thick as creamed honey, dark, sweet and hot both, it can be used on sandwiches, and as a glaze or marinade for meats (especially pork!).

All-natural, vegan, fat-free, and containing only 5mg of sodium, it’s all in the ingredients. To ensure the highest quality, Phyllis has one simple rule “only the best will do”. That’s why she uses the finest wood cask-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, freshly chopped garlic cloves, selected spices and natural brown sugar, with no added salt and nothing artificial.
