Simple, yet addicting!  We take hard sourdough pretzels, break them into bite sized pieces, mix them with a variety of spices including a kick of cayenne and then rebake till crisp.  Our pretzels are unique in that some are big, some are small, some have a good kick of cayenne while some may have just a little. That's what makes them fun to eat, not knowing what you'll get when you pop one in your mouth.  Pretzels are America's favorite snack and with a kick, they are even better. They are not too spicy -- just right I would say but, for you wimps, you better have a drink ready!!! About Alec:My name is Alec Distler and I'm learning how to be an entrepreneur for my 8th grade challenge at Williston Central School. I chose spicy pretzels as my product for a number of reasons:1) I love them! They are my favorite snack. The only problem with them is you can't stop eating them. 2) Many kids in my class, including my teachers, love them. As part of our Social Studies class in 7th grade, we were taught how to sell and buy items from each other for fake money. I made the most money in my class by selling the kids my spicy pretzels. Some kids even paid me real money to make some for them. 3) They are easy to make and I like how I can eat them when I make them.
